Hiring our Heroes Fellowship (12-week Remote Program) - Finance Transformation

Overview

This Hiring Our Heroes fellowship supports Transitioning Military members in pursuing a 12-week Finance Transformation learning experience while remaining employed by the Military. The fellowship is designed to help Fellows transfer military professional experience into a corporate client-service environment through a structured learning program that includes project shadowing.

Following successful completion of the 12-week fellowship, Fellows may be considered for a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week Finance Transformation fellowship program while remaining employed by the Military
• Complete a Deloitte-designed learning experience to prepare for a client service environment
• Engage in project shadowing integrated into the fellowship

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Active Duty members in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

• 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, close, or cost accounting
  • Momentum, OneStream, SAP FICO/PaPM, Oracle EPM/EPBCS, or Cognos TM1
  • Requirements, configuration, integrations, testing, or data remediation
  • Financial data mapping, reporting, and process improvement
  • Ability to translate finance needs into technical solutions
• Top Secret security clearance
