Investment Research Analyst

Overview

A wealth management team is seeking an Investment Research Analyst to join their fully remote workforce. This role is suited for a professional who excels in a collaborative environment and is skilled in using research tools and portfolio analytics to support client investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of investment opportunities across various asset classes
• Utilize portfolio analytics tools such as Morningstar Direct and Zephyr to support investment decisions
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and wealth advisors to provide actionable insights
• Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and investment performance to inform strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in wealth management or investment research
• Strong proficiency in Excel and portfolio analytics tools
• Experience with Morningstar Direct and Zephyr
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA, CAIA designation or progress toward certification preferred
