Overview
This organization operates in the network infrastructure industry, enabling secure, high-performance connectivity across cloud, edge, and AI workloads. The Lead Analyst, Capital Finance supports capital investments tied to the organization’s network infrastructure, providing financial insights and guidance to the North America Operations Leadership Team. The role helps ensure efficient capital allocation by identifying risks and opportunities, and it supports strategic financial decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage capital allocation and investment partnerships with business and finance teams.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities related to capital investments.
- Help develop and refine capital governance frameworks and processes.
- Build and maintain advanced financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Conduct monthly financial analysis and present findings to leadership and operational teams.
- Provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Translate complex data into clear insights using visual storytelling techniques.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate FP&A, Accounting, and Operations.
- Lead and support one-time projects and strategic initiatives, including reporting enhancements and new product launches.
- Partner with business and technology teams to deliver system improvements and resolve application issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, capital management, or similar roles.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and data visualization.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Location Based Pay Ranges
- $84,629 - $112,838 in select states including AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY
- $88,860 - $118,480 in select states including CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI
- $93,092 - $124,122 in select states including AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA
- The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
