Overview

This role is with an organization in the healthcare data and analytics industry that provides intelligence to help customers identify markets, opportunities, and key contacts for smarter decision-making. Headquartered near Boston, Massachusetts, the organization serves a global client base across North America, Europe, and India, with over 2,400 customers since 2011.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global accounts receivable team, including oversight of offshore/shared-services.
  • Manage customer credit policy, collections strategy, and accounts receivable governance.
  • Act as senior escalation point for aged receivables, billing disputes, and complex customer issues.
  • Drive automation and optimize accounts receivable systems across platforms such as NetSuite, HighRadius, and Salesforce.
  • Oversee SOX-compliant controls in the order-to-cash cycle and support external audits.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Deal Desk on non-standard payment terms and billing structures.
  • Own accounts receivable reporting, KPIs, and executive dashboards, including metrics like DSO, aging, and bad debt.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Customer Financial Services.
  • Proven leadership experience managing global or multi-regional accounts receivable teams.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk management, collections, billing, and accounts receivable accounting.
  • Experience working in SOX-compliant, public-company or pre-IPO environments.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and accounts receivable automation tools, preferably HighRadius.
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong business partnership and change-management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $72,960 – $136,800 per year, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for bonus or commission plans may apply.
