Overview

This role is a remote position based in the United States (US-IA-REMOTE). The organization is seeking a Program Finance & Control (PF&C) Manager EV Schedule Analyst as an individual contributor supporting control of costs and schedules on projects requiring validated cost-schedule control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Work closely with multiple schedulers to roll updates into a Master schedule.
  • Track plans and schedules by soliciting regular updates, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts.
  • Interact with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS.
  • Use advanced analytics to support CAMs/IPTs with awareness of schedule impacts before closing month end.
  • Participate in the development of proposals, including creation of interim schedules and providing advice for Basis of Estimate documents.
  • Incorporate regular status and forecast updates in the IMS based on CAM inputs.
  • Conduct thorough critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the schedule risk assessment process (SRA) and be able to complete an SRA.
  • Work in parallel with the program cost analyst to reconcile cost and schedule; take steps to correct mismatched items and address root cause.
  • Provide required and requested schedule-related reports to Program Management, including highlights of schedule-related issues affecting program execution and recommendations for mitigation.
  • Support monthly Program Reviews, quarterly EACs, and monthly IPMDAR reporting.
  • Support ongoing compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process).
  • Ensure proper implementation of EVMS using standardized processes and tools, and report out on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process).
  • Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
  • U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required for eligibility).
  • Program controls and EVMS background.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SSI Tools for Microsoft Project and understanding of cross project linking.
  • Experience with Earned Value Concepts.
  • Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts.
  • Experience presenting to large groups and leadership.

Salary range: 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD (good faith estimate).
