Manager-Reimbursement

Overview

This role is REMOTE.

The Manager-Reimbursement is responsible for maximizing governmental reimbursement through supervision of Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting and support audit activities to maximize governmental reimbursement.
• Coordinate monthly calculation and analysis of revenue deductions and A/R reserves.
• Coordinate various projects as deemed necessary by the Director, Reimbursement.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in business, accounting, or finance.
• Licensure: None.
• Experience: 5 years of progressive development within a healthcare environment, including experience managing staff.

Other Requirements

• Effective communication skills with peers and upper management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Understanding of the net revenue month-end closing process.
