NetSuite ARM Implementation Consultant - Senior Associate

Overview

This role is within the organization’s Digital Finance team, part of the Oracle consulting practice. The work supports Finance organizations in using enterprise technology to achieve digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. Responsibilities focus on helping clients define Finance Systems Strategies and support execution, including implementing and enabling broad technology offerings such as Oracle-NetSuite.

As part of the Digital Finance team, this position emphasizes support for adoption of new Finance technologies (including NetSuite) and finance transformation initiatives requiring a blend of finance and technology consulting.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• 3 year(s) minimum experience

• NetSuite Authorized ARM/Revenue Management Consultant

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

• Demonstrated ability and/or proven record of success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs, including:
  • Executing end-to-end NetSuite implementations in a functional lead role
  • Leading teams of onshore and offshore resources through complex, full life cycle NetSuite implementations
  • Implementing NetSuite order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and account-to-report workstreams and associated modules
  • Working with NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management module
  • Using NetSuite’s SuiteBilling module
  • Designing complex NetSuite customizations
  • Demonstrating proven knowledge of different types of testing required in a system implementation (unit, system integration, user acceptance)
  • Exhibiting proven understanding of financial and accounting concepts (including the function of a general ledger, month/year end close process, chart of account considerations, etc.)
  • Implementing SuiteSuccess methodology
• Demonstrated ability and/or proven record of success as a team leader, including clear communication of complex ideas

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $77,000 - $202,000
• Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws
• All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
