Overview
A rapidly growing consulting firm is seeking an Office of Finance Consultant to join their team. This role involves working closely with clients to leverage technology and data analytics to support better-informed business decisions. The organization operates with a flexible work-from-home model and has hub cities in Houston, Dallas, Denver, and Chicago, but accepts candidates from across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and software requirements
- Develop customized solutions aligned with client objectives
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations showcasing capabilities
- Partner with internal sales teams to identify client needs and develop tailored proposals
- Work with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation
- Assist in creating proposals and statements of work for prospective clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, accounting, or engineering (equivalent experience may be considered)
- 2-3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a consulting environment
- Minimum 1 year experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable software
- Strong knowledge of accounting functions, SQL, and databases
- Experience with data modeling and development
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
