Overview

The organization is seeking a customer-focused banking and investments advisor to handle incoming and outgoing calls on its premium customer phone service (CIB24). The role supports customers in navigating banking products, payment solutions, and investment opportunities, helping them make informed decisions aligned with their short- and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls for premium customers on the phone customer service platform (CIB24).
• Sell products related to daily banking (accounts, cards, and e-channels) and complete the associated administrative tasks.
• Perform sales for unsecured credit products.
• Provide information related to investments and execute related transactions.
• Assess capital market and money market processes.

Requirements

• At least a secondary-level education.
• Possession of the MNB capital market dealing authority exam, or an equivalent qualification, including one of the following (examples provided in the original):
  • stock exchange exam
  • securities market ügyintéző specialist qualification
  • Magyar Bankszövetség Felsőfokú Bankszakmai oklevél
  • mérlegképes könyvelő specialist qualification
  • pénzügyi szakügyintéző specialist qualification
  • university degree in economics
• At least 1 year of sales experience (advantage if gained in a financial or banking environment).
• Confident interest and familiarity with investments and financial market trends.
• Willingness to work from home, including every day.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience in a financial or banking environment (advantage).

Location

Work Schedule

• Work hours are predictable and scheduled between 8:00–16:30 or 9:30–18:00 (both shifts must be accepted).
