Overview

This role supports pricing strategy and revenue growth by translating complex commercial, patient, market, and financial data into actionable insights for executive decision-making. You will analyze payor, provider, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for revenue growth, margin optimization, and expanded patient access.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis of pricing performance, payor contracting effectiveness, and market access dynamics across multiple lines of business, customer segments, and geographies.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain executive-facing dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
  • Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business risks and opportunities, assess pricing strategies, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve analytical capabilities, business processes, reporting efficiency, and system effectiveness.
  • Partner with Market Access, Trade, Finance, Forecasting, and Commercial teams to provide analytical support for contract development, negotiation, implementation, and performance management.
  • Present complex analyses and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership, translating data into clear business implications and actionable next steps.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of the diabetes market and CGM landscape, including market dynamics, customer segments, and reimbursement considerations.
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, pricing analytics, scenario modeling, and profitability analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and healthcare data sources such as IQVIA.
  • Knowledge of U.S. healthcare economics, payor contracting, reimbursement methodologies, and market access strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence decisions without direct authority.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a dynamic business environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity, a growth mindset, and a passion for using data to drive business performance and improve patient access.

  • Salary: $78,900.00 - $131,500.00

Location

Remote workplace: home office. Not required to live within commuting distance of the assigned site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a site (typically 75 miles/120km), a hybrid working environment may be available.
