Overview
This is a fully remote role with an organization in the behavioral health sector. The position supports recovery programs and supportive communities through a personal, self-directed model of care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing for facility personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information.
- Support all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring a solid audit trail.
- Produce payroll-related reports.
- Analyze, reconcile, and audit timekeeping and payroll data.
- Process and monitor wage garnishments, tax liens, child support orders, and notifications.
- Ensure accuracy of new hire data and changes in the WorkforceNow system.
- Process leaves of absence and terminations timely.
- Manage 401(k) withholding and other benefit-related withholdings.
- Handle employment verifications, unemployment claims, disability claims, and related documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years experience with Time & Attendance administration, preferably with UKG Workforce Management.
- Minimum 3 years payroll processing experience, with knowledge of ADP WorkforceNow.
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, accounting, math, writing, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: 28 to 34 USD per hour, based on experience, skills, licensure, and program acuity.
