Payroll Specialist (Payroll/PEO)

Overview

This is a remote position offering access to multiple job opportunities through a network of payroll, HR, and PEO companies. The role involves connecting job seekers with a variety of positions that match their qualifications and career goals, including many roles that are not publicly posted.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a network of employers to identify suitable job openings.
• Assist in streamlining the job search process by ensuring resumes reach the appropriate contacts.
• Provide personalized support to prepare candidates for interviews.
• Offer resume review and interview preparation services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a payroll service bureau or PEO.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following systems or processes:
  • UKG Ready
  • isolved
  • Asure Evolution
  • ExecuPay
  • MPAY
  • ApexHCM
  • Tax Notice Resolution
  • APTM
  • MasterTax
  • Other related payroll or HR systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across various payroll and HR platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
