Payroll Specialist (Payroll/PEO)

Overview

This is a remote position offering access to multiple job opportunities through a network of payroll, HR, and PEO companies. The role involves connecting candidates with a variety of positions nationwide, including many that are not publicly posted.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a network of employers to match candidates with suitable job openings.
• Provide personalized support to candidates throughout the application and interview process.
• Assist candidates with resume reviews and interview preparation.
• Facilitate connections to roles aligned with candidates' qualifications and professional goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a payroll service bureau or PEO.
• Experience with one or more of the following systems or processes is preferred:
  • UKG Ready
  • isolved
  • Asure Evolution
  • ExecuPay
  • MPAY
  • ApexHCM
  • Tax Notice Resolution
  • APTM
  • MasterTax
  • Other related payroll or HR systems
