Polish Payroll Specialist

Overview

The organization is growing in Poland and is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist specializing in Polish payroll. This role will process Polish payrolls and support payroll operations for global customers using existing resources.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate monthly payroll results with accuracy
• Investigate discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure correctness and adherence to procedures prior to processing
• Calculate statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, and paternity
• Cooperate with the Social Security Institution and the Tax Office
• Maintain Social Security platform “Płatnik” and “ZUS PUE”
• Maintain disability fund submission on e-Pfron and prepare reports for the Statistical Office
• Handle payroll queries raised by customers
• Assist in preparing annual declarations of PIT and insurance confirmation
• Maintain positive, collaborative relationships to ensure open communication and strong partnerships with the team and clients

Requirements

• Good experience and knowledge of processing Polish payroll
• Experience using Polish Payroll Software (Symfonia, enova365)
• Intermediate/business level English
• Good knowledge and understanding of current Polish legislation and statutory requirements
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Submit an English CV
