Overview

This role supports the development and execution of pricing and packaging strategies across existing and upcoming products. You will work at the intersection of product development, go-to-market, and financial planning—analyzing pricing questions, developing recommendations, and helping cross-functional teams move from insight to execution.

You will also help strengthen how the Pricing Strategy team operates by adding structure and consistency to recurring processes, improving visibility into the team’s work, and identifying opportunities to scale and increase impact.

Responsibilities

  • Build an understanding of the value products deliver to users and how they compare with relevant alternatives
  • Drive alignment across Finance, Legal, Product, and Go-to-Market stakeholders on pricing proposals, and bring proposals to execution
  • Use internal data and research data to build financial models and evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue, margin, and user behavior
  • Contribute to scalable tools and processes that help the team work more consistently and efficiently
  • Support development and execution of pricing and packaging strategies across existing and upcoming products

Minimum Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in pricing, strategy, operations, finance, product, or management consulting, ideally involving pricing, go-to-market, product recommendations, or other strategic business questions
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research on product needs and value perceptions, as well as market research and competitive benchmarking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to proactively work with functions across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to ask the right questions and use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the payments ecosystem and value chain; knowledge of software and AI industry pricing model and trends
  • Ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines, with a “roll up your sleeves” mindset
  • Strong data acumen; background in data and/or financial analysis preferred; SQL or AI experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual US base salary range: $122,400 - $183,600
  • For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (OTE) range, meaning it includes both sales commissions/bonuses target and annual base salary for the role
  • This salary range may include several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location
  • Applicants not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process

Additional benefits may include:

  • Equity; company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses
  • 401(k) plan
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Wellness stipends

Location

Remote work is supported. A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of the organization’s offices. The expectation is that work will be performed regularly from home rather than from an office.

On-sites, meet-ups, and events may be required for team/business meetings. The organization does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. Applicants are encouraged to apply for roles that match the location where they currently live or plan to live.
