Private Equity Analyst

Overview

This role supports the development and evaluation of deal-analysis challenges for AI training modules. The work involves creating realistic valuation, LBO, and due-diligence scenarios and using those materials to test an AI model’s ability to reason through transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop valuation exercises, LBO cases, and diligence checklists that reflect realistic deal work
• Evaluate and score model responses for financial accuracy, judgment, and clarity
• Collaborate with finance and technical experts to calibrate difficulty across deal types

Requirements

• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF, comps, and LBO
• Exceptional analytical and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Deal sheet spanning multiple sectors or transaction types
• CFA or comparable credential
• Familiarity with AI tools in financial analysis
