This role serves as a key contact and liaison for clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and support. Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison for clients to ensure total satisfaction
• Interact with clients and associates for whom you are personally responsible, providing timely, professional, and courteous support on an ongoing basis
• Share financial knowledge, education, and strategies related to business and personal financial matters, including:
  • investments
  • insurance-based protection
  • retirement
  • savings
  • estate planning
• Work with clients to develop customized financial plans based on their unique needs and goals
• Help clients understand their financial situation and provide expert guidance on improving it, including support across areas such as:
  • budgeting
  • debt reduction
  • investing
  • retirement planning
• Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals; contribute ideas and support continuous improvement

Training & Support

• In-house training is provided in both group and individual settings
• Training is education-focused, with experienced brokers and business mentors available to support learning and success
• Access to the training necessary to learn what it takes to be successful

Requirements

• No prior financial work experience required
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, integrity, perseverance, desire to grow, and entrepreneurial spirit
