Remote Revenue Operations Specialist

Overview

This role involves managing key revenue operations functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, commission payments, sales tax compliance, and state reporting. The specialist will focus on implementing scalable revenue operations processes, delivering excellent service to clients and internal teams, and collaborating with bookkeeping partners to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient monthly closings.

Responsibilities

• Manage core financial processes: AP, AR, commissions, sales tax, and state reporting.
• Expand responsibilities to budgeting and expense management as appropriate.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping teams to maintain accurate profit and loss statements and streamline month-end close processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proactive learner with strong communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated self-awareness and ability to manage energy and emotions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or Netsuite.
