Overview

This fully remote principal-track tax professional position offers unlimited growth potential and a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $200,000 per year. Responsibilities

• Manage tax engagements and client relationships
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or related field (Master's in Accounting preferred but not required)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
• Minimum of 8 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm
• Previous management experience or eligibility for promotion from Senior Tax Associate
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with staff and clients
