Overview
This role involves collecting, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on the organization's financial matters, with a focus on managing and ensuring compliance with financial policies, professional standards, and applicable laws. The position is responsible for revenue accounting, including accounts receivable.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and journal entries related to general ledger accounts for revenue accounting (accounts receivable).
- Provide support functions to assist in departmental processes.
- Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with minimal discretion.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients and team members.
- Work as an individual contributor under direct supervision with limited autonomy.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience.
