Revenue Operations Analyst

Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst is part of the Revenue Operations department, reporting to the Director of Finance. This role supports smooth, accurate, and timely billing processes by managing invoicing operations, auditing vendor data, calculating partner revenue shares, and resolving clinic billing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing Operations: Manage weekly and monthly invoicing data uploads, including creation, generation, and sending of accurate invoices to clients
• Vendor Management: Audit vendor invoices and prepare vendor credit requests to support accurate billing and prevent overcharges
• Revenue Share & Statements: Perform partner revenue share calculations and create accurate statements for distribution
• Billing Resolution: Research, troubleshoot, and follow up on clinic billing issues, providing clear communication and timely resolution
• General Support: Perform other duties as assigned to support the Revenue Operations and broader Finance teams

Requirements

• Operational Excellence: Maintain regular and punctual attendance; take accountability for data accuracy and strict billing deadlines
• Problem-Solving: Adapt quickly with a process-focused approach using strong data analysis skills to resolve discrepancies
• Integrity & Discretion: Handle sensitive billing and partner data with discretion and integrity
• Collaborative Support: Work effectively as an independent contractor while communicating proactively with the Director of Finance and cross-functional teams
• Service Orientation: Prioritize internal client satisfaction and cohesive team success
• Professional Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in data entry, billing, financial operations, or a highly analytical role (direct accounting experience is not required)
• Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Google Workspace, with advanced skills in Google Sheets (spreadsheets) for data manipulation, formulas, and reporting
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with rigorous attention to detail and accuracy to prevent billing leakage
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to research and resolve billing issues with clinics and vendors
