Revenue Operations Analyst

Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst is an essential member of the Revenue Operations function, reporting to the Director of Finance. This role helps maintain smooth, accurate, and timely billing processes. Direct accounting experience is not required, but the position does require strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data management.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing Operations: Manage weekly and monthly invoicing data uploads, including creation, generation, and sending of accurate invoices to clients.
• Vendor Management: Audit vendor invoices and prepare vendor credit requests to ensure accurate billing and prevent overcharges.
• Revenue Share & Statements: Perform complex partner revenue share calculations and create accurate statements for distribution.
• Billing Resolution: Research, troubleshoot, and follow up on clinic billing issues; provide clear communication and drive timely resolution.
• General Support: Perform other duties as assigned to support Revenue Operations and broader Finance teams.

Requirements

• Operational Excellence: Maintain regular and punctual attendance; take accountability for data accuracy and strict billing deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Adapt quickly with a process focus; use strong data analysis skills to resolve discrepancies.

• Professional Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in data entry, billing, financial operations, or a highly analytical role (direct accounting experience is not required).
• Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Google Workspace, with advanced skills in Google Sheets for data manipulation, formulas, and reporting.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with a rigorous attention to detail and accuracy to prevent billing leakage.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to research and resolve billing issues with clinics and vendors.
