Overview
A well-established, high-growth organization with over 30 years of proven success is seeking a Senior Accountant. This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be located in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County.
Responsibilities
- Perform timely general ledger reconciliations and account analyses
- Conduct financial variance analysis
- Maintain audit-ready financial records and assist with external audits
- Prepare and post journal entries across income statements, balance sheet, and intercompany accounts
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and financial analyses for leadership
- Contribute to special projects and process enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with MS Dynamics GP is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or CPA certification
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 – $105,000 plus bonus
