Overview

This role is part of the Revenue Strategy & Operations team and partners directly with Sales, Onboarding, and GTM leadership to build the front half of the customer journey for the Property Care business. The strategy and operations team builds and maintains the foundation used to support goals in new customer acquisition, Customer Implementation, Gross and Net Revenue Retention, adoption, and sentiment.

This position focuses on how pipeline is generated, forecasted, and converted, and how customers are handed off into Onboarding. As the Property Care sales team ramps and an outbound motion for trades customers is built from scratch, the role provides analytics, planning, and operating cadence leaders rely on. Collaboration spans Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to keep the experience consistent from first touch through go-live.

Responsibilities

Pipeline Analytics and Forecasting

  • Use SQL and Tableau to build datasets and dashboards that provide Sales, Onboarding, and GTM leadership with a single view of pipeline health and leading indicators
  • Connect pipeline to downstream outcomes (time to onboard, adoption, retention) to identify which segments and deal types perform best
  • Own Property Care Sales pipeline reporting and forecasting, including coverage, conversion, velocity, and forecast accuracy
  • Run weekly and monthly forecast reviews with senior leadership

Value Story and Sales Enablement

  • Partner with Sales leadership, Product, and Marketing to articulate the Property Care value story for each segment and trade, grounded in customer data and ROI analysis
  • Build business cases and proof points for reps in the field (e.g., routing efficiency, adoption benchmarks, migration outcomes)
  • Translate win/loss insights and customer feedback into inputs for messaging, pricing, packaging, and the product roadmap

GTM Leadership Partnership

  • Support GTM leaders as the sales team ramps, including territory and segment design, capacity and quota planning, rep ramp tracking, and target setting
  • Maintain the Property Care GTM operating cadence, including planning inputs, decision tracking, and alignment across Sales, Onboarding, Product, and RevOps
  • Identify friction in the Sales-to-Onboarding handoff and design process improvements to improve time to value

Outbound Motion with the SDR Organization

  • Partner with SDR leadership to design and stand up an outbound sales motion for Property Care trades, including target account lists, ICP definition, sequencing, and lead routing
  • Define metrics, dashboards, and experiments to evaluate performance from outreach through meetings booked to qualified pipeline
  • Iterate the motion with SDR and Sales based on conversion data, and document the playbook so it can scale

Special Projects

  • Fully own high-impact initiatives from opportunity identification through ongoing execution and iteration

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of work experience in a combination of high growth tech companies and/or management consulting
  • Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to run faster end-to-end analyses and build/test solutions independently
  • Functional experience in revenue operations, business operations, or sales operations within the SaaS space is preferred
  • Experience with pipeline management and sales forecasting while working alongside Sales and/or SDR teams; experience with a CRM such as Salesforce (sales engagement or outbound tooling a plus)
  • Experience running quantitative analyses and publishing findings in dashboard format (strong experience with Excel/GSheets, Tableau, SQL)
  • Proven track record of using analytics to drive results and inform strategic decisions
  • Ability to turn data into a clear customer value narrative and concrete action plans, and to manage execution
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and dynamic environments, including building a new sales motion from scratch while moving fast
  • Detail-oriented with strong storytelling skills; able to present findings and recommendations clearly and simplify complex problems for cross-functional stakeholders at all levels

Compensation & Benefits

  • Flextime and support for autonomous work, including flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities
  • Comprehensive onboarding program and leadership training, plus other programs and events
  • Bonusly and peer-nominated awards
