Senior Analyst, FP&A

Overview

This role involves managing categories for the annual process and conducting financial analysis of manufacturer contracts negotiated by the Trade Relations team. The position supports the transition from complex financial modeling in Excel to Python to improve capacity, efficiency, and accuracy. It also contributes to the development and implementation of projects aimed at process improvement and automation within Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data and reporting requests
• Conduct data quality reviews and perform root cause analysis and resolution
• Design, test, implement, and maintain projects creatively and strategically
• Collaborate with various project stakeholders
• Support management with ad-hoc reporting and analysis development and maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Finance experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Analytical experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI
• Python programming experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Typical pay range: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 annually
• Actual salary depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors
• Eligible for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs in addition to base pay
• Full-time position with 40 hours per week
