Overview
An established health system headquartered in Ontario, California, operating 54 hospitals and over 360 outpatient locations across 15 states, is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join their corporate team. The organization handles more than 3 million patient visits annually and employs over 60,000 staff and physicians.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance Directors and stakeholders to analyze work process design and flow.
- Improve processes and leverage technological capabilities to enhance financial systems.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and maintain a systems-oriented approach.
- Serve as the IT point-of-contact for assigned functional areas.
- Assist subject matter experts with data integrity, system change testing, report writing, and data flow analysis for process improvements.
- Support Lawson upgrades, patches, testing, and other assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with Lawson Enterprise Financial Management (EFM) and Asset Management (EAM) modules or equivalent ERP system implementation in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with Lawson/Infor financial modules including General Ledger, GL Cost Allocation, Project Activity and Accounting, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Invoice Matching, Report Writer (GL Report Writer), Asset Management, and Cash Management.
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Crystal Report Writing, LBI (including smart notifications and framework), and Lawson Add-ins.
- Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle Lawson financial systems implementation experience.
- Ability to define process flows for Infor Process Automation.
- Experience defining Lawson security roles for finance modules and collaborating with security administrators.
- Experience integrating Lawson Finance modules with other Lawson modules such as SCM and HCM.
- Experience integrating Lawson finance modules with EPIC/Meditech Clinical Systems billing modules.
- Hands-on experience integrating with On-Base Document Management System.
- Expertise in data conversion techniques and methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience providing end-user support and troubleshooting for Lawson EFM modules.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years of job-related experience in a healthcare environment.
- Over 6 years of hands-on IT systems/technology experience.
- Project management experience is a plus.

- Competitive compensation with an estimated annual range of $90,126.40 to $168,708.80, depending on skills, experience, education, and credentials.
