Overview
This role supports a client’s portfolio of ambulatory healthcare real estate as an investment. You will own how the owned assets perform and provide recommendations on what to buy, sell, fund, and lease—backed by rigorous analysis.
This is a judgment-focused role, not a task-execution role. You will work from shared data used by both the account team and the client, and you will present and stand behind recommendations to the people who make final decisions.

Reduce vacancy
- Set leasing strategy for vacant and expiring space (target tenants, rate ranges, and concession approach).
- Work with lease administration on expiration and renewal strategy to identify roll risk early.
- Review leasing and broker recommendations and hold the team to the plan.
-
Partner with client and account teams
- Report portfolio risk, opportunity, and budget status to the Chief Growth Officer/Treasurer.
- Prepare approval packages for strategy, budget, and significant capital decisions.
- Partner with the client’s Real Estate System Administrator and the account team to ensure the system of record is accurate, complete, and trusted; report from the system rather than personal spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with property management on delivery against the approved plan.
- Coordinate with energy and procurement on operating cost and sourcing opportunities.
- Report directly to the Asset Management Services (Americas) team and indirectly to the Account Director; keep both informed of client priorities, risks, and escalations.
