Compensation is Cash (+ equity, if desired).

• Bring real investor relationships that can be activated now
• Help fill the top of the funnel and support closing this round
• Build a long-term relationship beyond this round

Requirements

• Investor relationships that can be activated now
• Ability to help drive investor engagement through the round
• Interest in a long-term finder relationship beyond the current fundraising effort

• Product already exists
• Approximately ~10K pre-product users at $0.05–$2 each
• AI is integrated into the product, platform, and how the company runs
• Stealth startup with a first check banked from a professional investor
• The round is structured, with the deck and materials complete

Team & Credibility

• Technical founder built at 4 VC companies, including a $1B+ unicorn
• Proven leadership with 3 exits and an IPO · $1T+ AUM at prior firms
• 22-person team
• The target investor community is disconnected from Silicon Valley and not VCs (e.g., angels and fund managers such as private equity, family office, and hedge)
