Senior Associate, PCI Assurance

Overview

This role involves delivering a seamless PCI audit experience for customers, serving as a trusted advisor and main point of contact. The position emphasizes using automation and an AI-supported workflow to streamline evidence review and help customers complete audits efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Own the PCI audit lifecycle from start to finish for assigned customers
• Analyze audit evidence requests submitted by customers and provide expert feedback
• Guide customers toward PCI best practices
• Partner with an AI engine and an auditor team to validate evidence and streamline the process
• Generate high-quality PCI reports with accuracy, precision, and professional expertise
• Solve unique customer challenges using analytical skills and curiosity to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of PCI audit experience
• Familiarity with advanced cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Customer-first mindset, including comfort working directly with customers and building relationships
• Currently possess or be pursuing relevant technical credentials/certifications, including one or more of:
  • QSA, CISSP, CISA, CSP
  • AWS Solutions Architect (or similar cloud-specific certifications)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Genuine interest in solving problems and questioning the status quo

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and comfort collaborating with AI-supported tools in an audit workflow

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 (based on experience and skill set)
• Bonus: 12%
