  • Communicate audit status, escalations, issues, and reporting in a timely and effective manner with audit leads.
  • Perform action tracking follow-up with management for Audit Committee reporting purposes.

  • Experience including internal auditing, external auditing, SOX, operations, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience auditing both IT general controls and application controls, and business operational processes.
  • Ability to move fluidly between technology and business-process audits, including within the same integrated engagement.
  • Understanding of data governance and privacy compliance, and ability to apply system architecture knowledge to reviewed processes.
  • Understanding of risks and controls in modern technology environments, including awareness of AI/GenAI governance and model risk considerations.
  • Builder track record: demonstrated experience building a tool, automation, script, or AI workflow that solved a real problem.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) beyond basic chat, such as building custom prompts, agents, or automated workflows.
  • Strong understanding of business and operations, analytical skills, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and process mapping tools.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, including ability to identify and conduct root cause analysis.
