Overview
This full-time, remote position within the Strategic Finance department offers a day shift schedule with an annual salary range of $79,511.52 to $110,834.59.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-impact, ad hoc financial reporting and analysis to provide executive leadership with critical strategic insights.
- Manage month-end reporting duties, including cross-system reconciliations and detailed financial analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Lead and coordinate various projects supporting internal departments such as business operations and the system office to maintain progress on key organizational initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted partner within the internal shared services group by addressing complex inquiries, supporting capital-related tasks, and fostering strong relationships across teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR an associate's or bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of relevant job-specific experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years of experience in finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Experience with capital projects and/or preparing executive presentations.
- Strong professional communication skills for ad hoc executive reporting and demonstrated project management abilities.
