Overview
This role involves performing complex financial and business-related analysis, data manipulation, and forecast preparation. The results of these analyses are applied to produce recommendations for management and department leadership.
This position is 100% remote. All remote work must be performed within one of the registered payroll states, which currently include: WI, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, and UT.
Responsibilities
- Analyze past and present financial data and estimate future revenues and expenditures using financial principles.
- Conduct financial analysis, review profit and loss statements, and prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Generate forecasts to analyze financial trends and research the impact of decisions and return on investment (ROI).
- Perform complex data analysis, identify and communicate trends, manipulate data, and generate reports.
- Administer financial, statistical, and marketing projects.
- Identify and propose solutions to inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimization.
- Develop, generate, and maintain monthly financial and statistical reports for internal and external distribution.
- Prepare annual budgets for assigned cost centers, including projections of revenue, expenses, full-time equivalents (FTE), and clinic/physician productivity measurements.
- Analyze monthly financial and statistical performance compared to budget, research variances, and provide insights.
- Act as a business advisor for assigned cost centers.
- Apply results from multiple complex reports to produce recommendations for management and stakeholders.
- Prepare ad hoc requests and provide financial interpretation, analysis, and market-based information to multiple stakeholders.
- Administer database structure and ensure data integrity.
- Oversee completion of special projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (appropriate experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis).
- Minimum Experience: 7 years.

- Occasionally lifting moderate weight materials.
- Standing or walking continuously.

- Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids.
- Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
Sensory Acuity
- Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication.
- May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
Compensation and Benefits
- Target salary range: $81,100.00 to $103,300.00 annually.
- Final salary depends on education, experience, skills, knowledge, internal equity, and market alignment.
