Overview
A Senior Financial Analyst position is available within the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role involves supporting enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial and operational data to provide accurate, timely, and actionable recommendations.
- Lead and actively participate in the annual enterprise budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycle.
- Develop detailed financial reports and models to assess performance, support strategic planning, and evaluate return on investments and initiatives.
- Support management by analyzing enterprise processes and serving as a liaison between operating units and corporate groups.
- Provide subject matter expertise on cross-functional projects.
- Prepare and present recommendations and ad-hoc analyses to Executive Leadership.
- Mentor junior financial analysts on best practices in analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional directly related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally as required by workload and project demands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple organizational levels.
- Experience working with global teams across regions such as Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
- Strong experience with PowerBI, including integration and enhancement.
Skills & Abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and related materials.
- High standards of accuracy and precision.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $90,230 to $148,886 USD annually.
