Overview
This is a national remote position with flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. However, for hires located in Minneapolis, Virginia, Maryland, or the Washington, D.C. area, a minimum of four (4) days per week in-office work is required.
The role is for a Senior Financial Analyst within the Home & Community Risk Revenue finance team. This team focuses on revenue analytics, month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, revenue reporting, and variance analysis. The position supports business leaders by providing insights into revenue components, researching variances, and completing ad hoc financial requests.
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm). Occasional overtime may be necessary based on business needs. On-the-job training will be provided, with training hours determined by schedule or discussed on the first day of employment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, perform, and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Create and maintain financial reports that clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances against plan, forecast, and budget
- Analyze business and financial metrics as well as performance measures
- Collaborate with business units to develop, recommend, and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability
- Produce clear, well-formatted reports that effectively communicate key messages to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of financial and/or accounting experience
- Experience driving business performance in a high-growth environment
- Ability to anticipate accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational issues; assess implications; and develop and implement appropriate action plans
- Experience working collaboratively and influencing across a matrix environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility to cover any 8-hour shift during normal business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm), including occasional overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or CPA certification
- Proficiency with Hyperion Essbase
- Proficiency with SmartView

- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure, if applicable
- Dedicated work area separated from other living spaces to ensure information privacy
- Residence in a location with access to an approved high-speed internet connection

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $60,200 to $107,400 per year based on full-time employment
- Pay is influenced by factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications
- Comprehensive benefits package including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions (subject to eligibility)
