Overview
A leading provider of mobility solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Workforce Technology team. The organization operates a global network of car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management services. The role offers the opportunity to work fully remote within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) with a requirement to work within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours. Occasional onsite visits to the St. Louis campus for meetings or events will be required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the financial backbone of the Workforce Technology team, ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and strategic insight across areas including Workplace Technology Deployment, Logistics, Support, Governance, Contract Management, Performance Management, and Business Management.
- Translate operational performance into actionable financial intelligence to inform leadership decisions.
- Strengthen vendor accountability and drive cost-effective service delivery.
- Influence provider strategy, elevate business case ROI, and ensure operational decisions are grounded in financial clarity and business value.
- Partner with leaders across IT, Finance, and Managed Services Providers to optimize spending and enhance the employee experience.
- Guide refresh cycles, deployment strategies, contract negotiations, and long-range planning.

Qualifications
Required:
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Residency within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
- Ability to work within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of related financial analysis experience.
- Experience within IT operations, managed services, or technology environments.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, spend analysis, invoicing, and pricing analysis/modeling.
- Proficiency with Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables) and Power Query.
- Experience with managed service provider (MSP) delivery models, financial models, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor governance.
- Commitment to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with IT asset management concepts.
- Understanding of Net Book Value (NBV) calculators, cost/price models, and financial dashboards.
