Overview
The organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Operations & Supply Chain. This role can be based in Moon Township, PA, or be fully remote if you are currently located in the US. Candidates outside the US will not be considered.
This position supports the ARS Pillar Finance Manager by preparing and analyzing financial data related to Profit Plan, Strategic Plan, forecasts, and actual results. A key priority is partnering with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to drive savings, growth, and maximize cash flow.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000. Salary is based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and financial data, investigate variances, identify business drivers, and evaluate impact on planned objectives and productivity.
- Serve as a financial business partner to Operations and Supply Chain leadership.
- Support key stakeholders in identifying and driving cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide insights and guidance on Economics, Inventory Performance, Capital Spending, and other key operational metrics.
- Support operational initiatives and work with business leaders on special analyses and projects.
- Maintain a digital mindset to help improve processes and support key initiatives.
- Provide financial support for ARS divisions and sites, including financial and long-term strategy.
- Support SOX financial controls, forecast planning, and forecast activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Three (3) years of professional work experience in progressive roles in finance or accounting supporting a manufacturing organization or similar.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior finance experience supporting supply chain, operations, or similar manufacturing functions.
- MBA from an accredited institution.
- CPA or CMA designation.
- Strong MS Office experience, with advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with internal and/or external audits.
- Experience with Oracle financials, Oracle Planning, Vista/MAPICS/AS400/SAP/Power BI.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected annual salary range: $86000 - $126000.
