Overview

This role supports the Electrical Sector of a multinational power management organization within the manufacturing industry. The position focuses on financial analysis and partnership with operations and supply chain leadership to improve profit plans, strategic plans, forecasts, and actual results—helping drive savings, growth, and cash flow maximization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational and financial data to investigate variances and evaluate business impacts.
  • Serve as a financial business partner to Operations and Supply Chain leadership.
  • Support stakeholders in identifying and driving cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide insights on economics, inventory performance, capital spending, and operational metrics.
  • Support operational initiatives through special analyses and projects.
  • Utilize a digital mindset to improve processes and support key initiatives.
  • Act as a key financial resource for divisions and sites, including long-term strategy.
  • Support SOX financial controls, forecast planning, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of progressive finance or accounting experience in manufacturing or similar industries.
  • Experience supporting finance functions related to supply chain or operations preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiarity with internal and external audits.
  • Experience with financial systems such as Oracle Financials, Oracle Planning, Vista, MAPICS, AS400, SAP, or Power BI.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across organizational levels.
  • High motivation with attention to detail and strong ethical standards.
  • Candidates must be located in the US; no employment immigration sponsorship is offered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CPA, or CMA credentials are advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected annual salary range: $86,000 to $126,000 (subject to candidate skills, experience, and qualifications).
