Overview
This role is for a Senior Financial Analyst, Operations & Supply Chain. The position can be based in Moon Township, PA or offered as fully remote for candidates currently located in the US. Candidates outside the US will not be considered.
The Senior Financial Analyst will assist the ARS Pillar Finance Manager in preparing and analyzing financial data related to Profit Plan, Strategic Plan, Forecasts, and Actual results to support business objectives. A key part of the role is partnering with Operations/Supply Chain leadership to drive savings and growth and to maximize cash flow.
The expected annual salary range is $86,000 - $126,000. Salary is based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and financial data, investigate variances, identify business drivers, and evaluate the impact on planned objectives and productivity.
- Serve as a financial business partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership.
- Support key stakeholders in driving cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide insights and guidance on Economics, Inventory Performance, Capital Spending, and other key operational metrics.
- Support operational initiatives as necessary, working with business leaders on special analyses and projects.
- Maintain a digital mindset to help improve processes and support key initiatives.
- Provide financial support for ARS divisions and sites, including financial planning and long-term strategy.
- Support SOX financial controls, forecast planning, and forecast.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Three (3) years of professional work experience in progressive roles in finance or accounting supporting a manufacturing organization or similar.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior finance experience supporting supply chain, operations, or similar manufacturing functions.
- MBA from an accredited institution.
- CPA or CMA designation.
- Strong MS Office experience, with advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with internal and/or external audits.
- Experience with one or more of the following systems: Oracle Financials, Oracle Planning, Vista/MAPICS/AS400/SAP/Power BI.

Compensation & Benefits
- Expected annual salary range: $86,000 - $126,000.
