Overview
This role provides financial insights and guidance to support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and operational planning. It also supports cost-saving initiatives, drives process improvements, and ensures financial governance and oversight across the organization.
Schedule and Training
- Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
- Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements outside of the scheduled shift.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare operations teams, including Clinical and Business Leadership, to understand and assess analysis needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Create, track, and report meaningful metrics and key performance indicators.
- Prepare financial models to provide insights to company-wide leadership and business partners.
- Participate in developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure financial data included in deliverables is accurate, timely, and reflective of the organization’s strategic goals.
- Analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improved financial performance.
- Create clear, visually engaging dashboards and visualizations to present complex data for stakeholders.
- Support ad hoc finance-related projects for business partners.
- Identify and implement best practices to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes, improving efficiency and accuracy in recurring reporting cycles.
- Contribute to strategic FP&A initiatives, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
- Monitor financial and operational risks, ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced financial analysts, fostering development and knowledge sharing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- 7+ years of experience analyzing data, building models, and presenting results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Advanced ability to pull, manage, organize, and analyze data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business areas (health care services preferred).
- Motivated, self-starting approach; able to work independently with moderate guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, or statistics.

- Salary: $95,000 - $102,500
- Other Compensation: May be eligible for other compensation such as bonuses
Working Conditions
- Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may require more than scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties.
- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects; operating office equipment.
- Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Remote work required, including the ability to collaborate with teams to complete assigned tasks.
