Overview

This role is for a Senior FP&A Analyst on the Corporate FP&A team. The analyst will help maintain financial predictability, capitalization, and strategic alignment by transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for company leaders. Responsibilities include managing company-wide planning and forecasting processes, conducting revenue and cash flow analysis, supporting quarterly and annual earnings materials, and maintaining operating and long-term financial models used by executives and the Board. Reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, the role involves developing financial forecasts and capital structure decisions that reflect business drivers and investor expectations in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. The position also focuses on leveraging AI and automation to enhance speed and visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue forecasting and planning across core revenue components such as annual recurring revenue, churn, and expansion.
  • Develop financial models, reporting, and analysis to support Corporate FP&A deliverables for finance leadership.
  • Drive process improvements in close and planning workflows, emphasizing automation, AI-enabled analysis, and faster access to source data.
  • Collaborate closely with finance teams including accounting and compensation to support shared planning and reporting needs.
  • Prepare clear commentary and insights for leadership reviews, including materials for CFO, board, and audit committee discussions.
  • Evaluate current workflows to identify opportunities for replacing manual file management with scalable, automated solutions.
  • Apply sound business judgment to connect revenue model outputs with broader financial and operational contexts.
  • Communicate progress, risks, assumptions, and open questions clearly in a fast-moving environment with quick turnaround times.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate financial planning and analysis with ownership of revenue forecasting, planning, or related financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of SaaS revenue concepts, including annual recurring revenue, churn, expansion, and their impact on company performance.
  • Ability to build and improve financial models prioritizing accuracy, clarity, and business usefulness.
  • Experience using automation in finance workflows and curiosity about applying AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies for analysis and process improvement.
  • Judgment to distinguish between basic task automation and advanced, scalable approaches that improve work processes.
  • Strong communication skills supporting direct, transparent updates, thoughtful questions, and effective collaboration across finance partners.
  • Comfort working in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment requiring resilience, adaptability, and strong follow-through.
  • Openness to applying transferable experience from adjacent backgrounds if possessing strong financial acumen, an automation mindset, and the ability to learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fully remote, asynchronous, globally distributed environment.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools to enhance financial planning and analysis processes.
