Senior FP&A Analyst

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to contribute to the development of AI models designed to assist finance professionals. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and can be pursued full-time, part-time, or on a periodic basis.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve AI-generated responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Apply advanced financial knowledge and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the intelligence and reliability of AI models.
• Evaluate the quality and correctness of AI-generated financial analyses.

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related financial reasoning.
• Advanced degree in a finance-related discipline (Master's or PhD preferred but not required).
• Relevant professional backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Compensation & Benefits
