Overview
This role involves leading the Accounts Payable (AP) function within a global organization in the Data Center Services industry. The position offers a base salary up to $225,900, eligibility for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the Accounts Payable function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Lead a global team managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment approvals
- Optimize AP workflows and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely payments and adherence to corporate policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in AP processes and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience managing accounts payable operations in complex or global organizations
- 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
- Hands-on experience with AP systems, ERP platforms, and process automation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance frameworks relevant to Accounts Payable
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, CA, CIMA, CMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent
- Experience establishing and maintaining internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Exposure to finance transformation or operational efficiency projects
