Overview
This role is part of the Strategic Portfolio Management team within the Unified Communications Group, focused on advancing portfolio growth strategies through data-driven analysis. The position involves measuring, tracking, and optimizing business outcomes and commercialization efforts by building analytical models and monitoring the status of complex monetization initiatives. The goal is to ensure the organization is equipped to capture market value effectively.
Responsibilities
Monetization & Product Performance
- Conduct quantitative analysis of historical portfolio data at the SKU level to model optimal pricing deltas for a tiered packaging framework.
- Build and maintain end-to-end growth models tracking user acquisition, retention, and monetization loops.
- Perform advanced behavioral monetization research to quantify customer price thresholds for premium features (Willingness to Pay quantification).
- Track financial impact of growth initiatives against core business KPIs, including Net New ARR, SaaS benchmarks, Cloud Cost drivers, LTV:CAC ratios, and CAC Payback Periods.
Strategic Initiatives
- Monitor KPIs to identify roadblocks, latent risks, and resource bottlenecks; escalate critical impacts on timelines and revenue forecasts to executive leadership.
- Serve as the central hub for tracking the status and progress of multiple cross-organizational growth initiatives, coordinating updates across Product, Go-To-Market, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Develop and deliver executive dashboard reporting that translates complex portfolio data into actionable insights, using best-in-class reporting standards.
Communication & Change Management
- Employ effective communication frameworks to deliver data-backed recommendations that clearly answer the "so what?" for executives.
- Drive behavioral change by guiding people, processes, and organizational behaviors necessary to sustain long-term value, recognizing that success depends largely on these factors.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional work experience.
- Educational background blending quantitative rigor with strategic thinking (e.g., Economics, Business Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Strategy Consulting).
- Deep expertise in SQL and advanced analytical programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with AI tools, statistical testing, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of financial cost models and business plans.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships.
- Proven experience bridging technical data infrastructures and executive-level strategy.
Compensation & Benefits
- Target base salary range: $72,700 - $100,000 USD, dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.
