Overview
The organization is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to own the analytical foundation of its Pricing Strategy & Governance pillar. This role will produce data-driven pricing insights, analytics, and performance reporting, partnering closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pricing analytics and reporting, including:
- ARPU trends
- Margin by solution and channel
- Portfolio health metrics
- Analyze rate plan performance, pricing mix, and commercial health across regions and customer segments to surface actionable insights.
- Analyze enforcement of non-standard pricing and terms to identify potential areas of revenue leakage.
- Develop pricing strategy recommendations using quantitative analysis and data modeling, providing structured analytical inputs to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain self-service pricing analytics dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with Finance and Revenue Operations.
- Conduct competitive and market pricing analysis to inform strategic pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data teams to ensure pricing data infrastructure supports accurate and repeatable reporting.
- Share analytical methodologies and pricing data best practices with team members to build analytical capability within the Pricing Strategy & Governance pillar.
- Own pricing governance documentation, maintaining accurate records of pricing structures, policy changes, and performance outcomes to enable informed decisions.
- Perform ad hoc pricing analysis as required to support pricing strategy decisions and executive reporting.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in pricing analytics, revenue operations analytics, or commercial finance analytics.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in pricing, revenue, or commercial analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as BigQuery, Excel, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong critical and logical thinking to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong team collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
- Technical competence using software programs, including Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- SQL experience is an asset.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a flat organization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hiring Range: $83,200—$102,800 USD
