This role owns pricing operation systems, processes, data, and governance—ensuring approved pricing and packaging decisions are executed accurately, on time, and in line with compliance controls so the field can confidently quote and sell.

The position partners with GTM Systems, Finance, Deal Desk, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate pricing and packaging changes into SKU requirements, system configuration, and clear field guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the price book and SKU catalog, keeping data accurate and consistent; lead SKU clean-up and rationalization.
  • Run the pricing change process (intake, prioritization, approvals, and documentation) in line with SOX and other compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Finance and Deal Desk on discount and deal governance, approval workflows, and reporting to monitor performance.
  • Support design and launch of pricing-related sales plays to support growth strategy.
  • Build and deliver pricing enablement for new GTM team members and for new releases; support communication of pricing changes to the field.
  • Maintain self-serve tools that help the field answer pricing and packaging questions.
  • Gather feedback from Sales on the quoting experience; work with GTM Systems to reduce friction in CPQ and related tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing operations, product operations, deal desk, revenue or sales operations, or business systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, CPQ, or price book systems, including gathering requirements and supporting configuration and releases.
  • Strong project management skills, including driving cross-functional change and tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; SQL or BI tools experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and experience working within controlled processes (e.g., SOX or other financial controls).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to explain pricing rules and requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working across Sales, Finance, Product, and Systems teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: 101,600.00 - 139,700.00 USD Annual
