  • Analyze pricing, discounting, deal margins, win/loss performance, ICP, and customer segmentation, translating findings into recommendations that inform commercial and go-to-market decisions.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within a B2B environment.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, including hands-on experience building and maintaining revenue forecasting, budgeting, quota, territory, capacity, or sales compensation models.
  • Practical experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of CRM pipeline data, including opportunity structures, data hygiene, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of recurring-revenue metrics, including CAC, NRR, GRR, and LTV, and how they influence revenue planning and forecasting.
  • Experience producing forecast and pipeline reports for senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities, with confidence in challenging stakeholders on data quality, forecast assumptions, and commercial decisions.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
