Cross-functional delivery and governance

  • Partner with Android portfolio leadership and teams across Decision Science, Engineering, Product, Growth, Finance, Portfolio Economics, Collections, Fraud, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Service.
  • Write clear analytical and implementation briefs.

  • Manage dependencies, actively escalate blockers with options.
  • Operate within agreed risk appetite, budgets, and delegated authority.

  • Escalate decisions outside authority, or with material legal, regulatory, or customer-conduct implications.

Senior individual-contributor leadership and succession

  • Serve as the recognized owner of the assigned workstream.
  • Set the workstream roadmap, forecast, scorecard, and operating cadence.
  • Review peer analysis and improve analytical and implementation standards.
  • Mentor other analysts when required.
  • Document critical policy, model, and decision-engine knowledge.
  • Reduce key-person dependency.
  • Represent the workstream in senior forums.
  • Deputize for the Lead Risk Manager, Portfolio Owner, or designated workstream lead when required.
