  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance teams to define metrics, build business cases, and evaluate strategic initiatives
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support growth and efficiency initiatives using internal data and external benchmarks
  • Continuously improve finance tooling and workflows by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and leverage new technologies

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related finance role
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Hands-on experience with financial planning platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar tools
  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, or other high-growth business environments
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and GTM metrics such as ARR, NRR, bookings vs. revenue, churn, and funnel conversion
  • Experience working with operational data sources such as Salesforce, Looker, or NetSuite; SQL familiarity is a plus
  • Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear narratives for executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting financial insights to leadership
  • Curiosity, ownership mentality, and willingness to dig into data to uncover root causes of performance
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and improving processes in evolving environments
  • Interest in leveraging technology and automation to improve financial workflows and reporting
  • Proactively incorporate AI tools into daily work to improve productivity and accelerate delivery
