Overview
Senior Tax Manager / Tax Director (Partner Track) opportunity with a Top 100 CPA firm specializing in Estate, Gift & Trust taxation. This fully remote role is open to U.S.-based candidates and offers a salary up to $275,000 plus bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the Estate, Gift & Trust practice serving high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, family offices, business owners, and fiduciaries
- Manage complex estate, gift, and trust tax matters
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Mentor and develop staff and future leaders
- Contribute to practice growth and business development efforts
Requirements
- Active CPA license required
- 10+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Current Senior Tax Manager, Tax Director, Partner, or experienced Manager ready for advancement
- Extensive expertise in Estate, Gift & Trust taxation
- Strong technical knowledge of Forms 706, 709, 1041, fiduciary taxation, and estate & gift tax planning strategies
- Experience advising high-net-worth clients, families, trusts, estates, and closely held business owners
- Proven ability to review complex tax returns, manage client relationships, and mentor staff
- Business development experience is a plus but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- JD, LLM, or Master's degree in Taxation is a plus
