Specialist - F&A - R2R 4B

Overview

This role is for a Specialist in F&A (Record to Report - R2R). Responsibilities focus on compliance, risk controls, and governance, including audits, compliance framework development, reporting, and training. The position is Regular and Remote, with Flex Time (India) work shift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks to strengthen governance and minimize operational risks.
• Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans.
• Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
  • Accounting
  • Commerce
  • Economics
  • Finance
• Master’s degree in Finance
• Language: English
• English proficiency: Intermediate (B1)

Certifications

• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) — Professional School of Indian Banking (PSIB)
• Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) — Vskills
